Jet Set Pets provide a comprehensive import service for your
pet. We take as much stress out of the process as possible and
handle everything for you so you can relax in the knowledge that
we will not only take the very greatest of care of your pet, but
that we will handle all the sometimes complicated paperwork for
you as well.
This includes clearance of your pet through customs, management
of all the required UK import regulatory paperwork, the transfer
of your pet to our quarantine environment including a full
veterinary check up and any vaccinations that might be required
upon the arrival of your pet.
Our fabulous partner kennel staff will look after your pet from
the moment of arrival and partner vet will check your pet over
thoroughly to make sure that they are in good health following
their journey. If your pet is staying with us in one of our
partner quarantine kennels, you are always welcome to come and
visit them at your convenience.
We are fully conversant with the whole of the import process,
including the Pet Travel Scheme which allows pets into the
country without quarantine, but don’t worry if your pet is not
covered by this, since we can also handle the full international
import process for your pet.
We deal directly with DEFRA, applying for the import permit for
your pet once we have completed the ID1 import application and
C5 Customs and Excise forms. We also handle Rabies Labels and
Boarding Documents as and when they are required.
We will also arrange to have your pet delivered anywhere
throughout the UK after the quarantine period has expired.
Jet Set Pets consider the happiness and health of your pet our
prime consideration at all times. All of our staff are animal
lovers and will do their utmost to make sure that your pet’s
journey through the entire import process is as stress free and
pleasant as possible.
Every step of the way, from making sure that your pet’s cargo
container is snug and comfortable for the flight itself, your
pet’s time at the airport and their safe transfer to our
kennels, we are there, looking after them, as well as you would
yourself. You are very welcome to contact us at any time during

reassurance, we know you will worry and we will do our best to
put your mind at ease.
