Many thanks for the way you made it so easy for our dogs 2 German Pointers, Grace and Bailey to be transported from Heathrow to Athens.

All the paperwork was spot on and straight forward, and British Airways Cargo couldn't
of done enough they were all very reassuring, I have praised you to so many of our
friends and will continue to recommend your services and British Airways cargo kind
staff!!!

When they landed in Athens again everything was perfect and done professionally,
Grace and Bailey were very calm when my husband was there to meet them at the cargo airport in Athens.

I just wanted to let you know that Loki and Duffy and the 2 Ferrets arrived here safe
and sound, their plane was delayed by 2 hours due to the Ash cloud but they were all
fine and SO happy to see me! The dogs love Canada and have been on long walks
through the forests and swimming in the lakes. They think they have died and gone to
heaven.

Thought I would send a Happy New Year greeting to you and Jet Set Pets. Sam is
now 13 years old and enjoying his new life in Sooke, B.C.Canada. He seems to have
found a new lease of life here, must be the fresh clean air! Here is a picture taken
recently.

You and the rest of the guys were a dream when it came to shipping our Labrador Mr Miyagi from Durham, UK, to Washington DC -- we were very worried how will Miyagi take the journey, but everything worked out fabulously. From Geoff picking him up and on time in Durham and taking him down to his place for the night and then to Heathrow, to Miyagi arriving in DC, you guys were simply brilliant.

When Miyagi arrived to DC, and when he walked out of that (rock solid) crate, he was all chirpy and in the best of the moods -- and definitely in a much better shape than we were after our flight -- thanks a million! I attach two images of Miyagi, one from Durham and the other one from DC and will be happy if you use them in your testimonies section.

We would like to thank you for all your help with shipping Popup Red Hot Chilli, to Norway. You made it so easy and stress free, even when we had to cancel the first time due to an accident on the motorway, en route to the airport. We both have to agree that you took a lot of the stress out of that situation, helping to sort that situation out with the airlines.

You also made the rebooking stress free, even at so short notice. All documentation and even the carrier arrived as promised, very promptly.

Chilli arrived the other side safely and his new 'mum' Birgit and certainly seems to be ruling the roost. Again, a big THANK YOU, we will certainly be contacting you again when shipping other kittens and will be recommending you to our friends,
